The 70th Anniversary of Pearl Harbor

Glenn & Viola Walters Cultural Arts Center
527 E. Main St., Hillsboro, Oregon

Hospice & Palliative Care of Washington County continued a tradition this year, inviting the community to gather for a service of remembrance. It was a sacred time for us to celebrate and remember our family, friends, Veteran's, co-workers and others whom we hold dear. The Trees of Light were beautiful and over 250 people were honored during the reading of the names from the Book of Remembrance.

Presentation of the colors by American Legion Post 6, Taps played by SFC Robert Rutherford, ARNG Ret., and music by Hilhi Encore Ensemble enhanced the tribute to the 70th Anniversary of Pearl Harbor.
